Raymond we have had on-going problems for nearly a week. Can you tell us if these are a series of different problems or are they all connected. If they are connected do you know the cause and have you finally resolved them problem or will it likely return? There are a few questions in there. Paul

Same problem now both our websites are unusable as well not just the CP Lighting website of yesterday. This is a nightmare this is the busiest time of year for us(October and November) we are in the lighting business. To loos business at this time of year is terrible.

We are back up but we have had no web orders at all this morning.

No the links took us elsewhere but it looks like Netsuite have resolved the problem. I am going to re-build our sitemap incase it has odd links in it.

Yes I have now becuae no one has replied with any suggestions. I was hoping that some other users might have seen this problem before and point me to a solution. I am quite worried as I have be given a new price file from one of my suppliers and cannot upload it. The case number is 1144451 Thanks, Paul.

The only way I can get it to work is to "Overwrite Sublists" on the advanced tab, but this is no good because it will destroy the other vendor pricing.

Thank you somuch for the reply, I can probably cope for two days.Otis not ideal because we have had a bombshell from one supplier with price hikesof up to 80%, but most are up by 35%. Longer than two days will cause problems. Thanks, Paul

I cannot import any new cost prices from my Vendors, I would really like to know if anyone else is getting this problem.

Bulk fulfilling is also not working. We can fulfil manually but not in bulk, I assume it is a rlated problem.

Yes but it is OK now. We have two instances of Netsuite and one went down/slow for about 15 minutes. I have both BT and Demon Internet and it was the same on both so not an ISP problem. The other instance of Netsuite was OK. I can only think it must have been a server problem wherever it is hosted and did not affect all…

We have numerous problems starting from the 12th February. 1. We have a Mass update that runs daily that stopped working on the 12th February 2. We have a saved search that stopped sending email since the 15th. The problems seems to only affect some searches and not others and the same with saved Mass updates. So the…

We are still getting these errors on a random basis, is anyone else? We enter a customer name in a sales order and often the invoice address is not propagated and the drop down box does not work. This only started happening with 2009.2 When this happens we have to abandon the whole order go to home and start again.

We cannot select any shipping rates the drop down boxes are all blank. This is using the standard form.

2 PCs one using IE one using Firefox and one Mac using Safari, all are having the same problem from time to time.

No this is a bug. We have been using Netsuite for three years and this started the day after we were upgraded to 2009.2
