Is anyone there? What I have found is that IF the customer phones in we can change their "Shipping Item" to blank and "Carrier" to More. Then they can process their order via the web store. But "Carrier" and "Shipping Item" are not "Mass update fields" so there is no fix and most customers cannot get through the checkout…

That's hopeless unless we are doing something wrong. If we part fulfil notes a new picking note will appear on the "Picking notes to print" list and there would be hundreds of them. The warehouse staff would then be printing picking notes for orders that are not ready to release. If they dispose of those notes then a new…

That does not work at all if you close the line you are in effect cancelling the item from the order. When the balance of the items arrive in stock a new picking note will not appear as it will be cancelled.

I don't understand this. We went live on the 1st July and have the free accountant role. My accountant is on holiday at the moment will she be unable to log in on her return? Or does this change only affect some countries?

I thought a spamhaus listing woud only effect emails sent to a customer with antispam software. Are ISPs using spamhaus would any emails have got through we had more come back than I would have expected.

Let me let you into a little secret. Use Safari all boxes are re-sizeable, it makes life so easy and now you don't need a Mac to run Safari. See here editing setup/website/Item/Category Templates

All users have the same problem. It was spotted on a Windows PC and I posted the problem from my Mac as it has the same problem. There is a tendency to not trust Apple and blame them for everything which is a bit unfair. We always look at problems with different products/users/browsers and OS's

I should have said I know that this is the primary key and therefore I cannot modify it in the csv files as to import will duplicate the items. What I would like to do is create a secondary field and then do a mass replace of the old Item Name/Number with the new one.
