We have the same problem. When we get an Express Checkout transaction it seems to correctly obtain the shipping address but not the billing address. This is a problem particularly with international transactions.

I know I can set the criterior of price level 1 or 3 but in the results it will create two rows. I only want to have one row per sku but would like to show price levels 1 and 3 is that possible?

Those two lines hold the two tables together. If you remove them it makes space between the NLContents and the righthand navigation bar. Your suggestion does however remove the pixel of white space to the right. Is there a solution to this?
