Yes, but nothing that would change the Created By. It looks like it changes to the user who makes any modifications to the PO.

Yes, I just realized it is a custom field. I am guessing that it is a scripting thing on the Purchase Order.

There is not an option to sort by the Grand Total which is the Sub Total of each collection. Or, at least, I cannot find it.

Attached are the screenshots of the customization and results. It is sorted by the largest line item.
