Thx, that was an option, create a new customer and inactivate the first one, but we needed to keep the transaction history, thats why we had to merge the newly created customer with the old one. We were able to do it, it was a currency problem.

it is not a custom here, is a mandatory field. Maybe it is because of mexico localization

THX @Leonard Mallare-Oracle now it works, btw there is a memo inside the lot number, but i cant use it.
