Hello Community! Josh Maxwell, a User Experience Researcher for NetSuite Foundation has fun a question for you. Imagine for a moment that NetSuite had an assistant like Alexa or Siri. What would you ask of your NetSuite assistant? Use this survey link to share your top questions to the assistant.
Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing.
"Did I pay vendor John Doe last month?"
"Take me to my largest sales order for this month."
"What invoices haven't been paid yet?"

Hi @JSchil Thank you for the screenshots. I suppose that the CSV file you sent was from the Inbox/Outbox explorer? It appears that the generated file was not configured correctly. I tried finding out which script processes the transformation of the Saved Search results to the CSV file but it doesn't appear in the execution…

Hi @JSchil can you please specify in which area of the NSPB platform did you do the steps described? Did you manually upload the csv file into NSPB or was it through integration? Providing some screenshots would also be helpful. Thanks

Hi @JSchil are the Aliases shown in the correct language in Data Management/Data Exchange Workbench?

Hi @T_Dunbarger you may refer to this documentation > Maintenance Essentials: https://sites.oracle.com/site/NSPB-STD-en/maintenance-essentials.html This is a standard process guide that is usually followed for NSPB but there might be some differences as compared to your account. To prepare budget for the new year, it is…

Hi User_UY6JW You may check the form layout by opening the form designer of your OpEx report. This will give you an idea which Substitution Variable is being consumed in the column where you are expecting to see Prior Year actuals (FY22).

Hi @Joseph Amalraj Thank you for the clarification, that helps a lot. You may check this documentation on how to create dimensions: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/planning-budgeting-cloud/pfusa/creating_dimensions.html These dimensions are native to the PBCS application and were not created from the bundle. Since…

Hi @Joseph Amalraj The NSPB Premium Bundle does not include any segments specifically, but only contains Custom Fields, File and Saved Searches of different segments and the LCM. EPBCS app is not full NSPB so in order for us to better understand the use case, may we further clarify the following details: How will you pull…

Hello Joseph Amalraj Just want to clarify, when you say Project segment, are you referring to the Project dimension that you want to be included in your EPBCS application or a Project Saved Search?

Hello @User_569R9 Please see SuiteAnswers 97557: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/97557/loc/en_US You can define the sorting option to be used in Metadata searches there. Hope this helps.

Hi User_U2V8X, Kindly check if NSPB MR DLR Scheduler and NSPB SS Job status update both run at approximately 96 times a day.
-
Hi @User_U2V8X Can you confirm if the script deployments were scheduled according to your Account Timezone? If your preferred timezone is different from your account timezone, you will need to adjust 12:00am to reflect your account timezone. Thank you
-
Hello @User_U2V8X Aside from adding the job in the NetSuite UI and setting a schedule, have you already checked if the deployment scripts have already been scheduled? Reference: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/97564/loc/en_US

Hi @User_HNJ22 It would depend on which Income Statement Saved Search is being used in the integration. If you do not specifically know which one: Navigate to Planning & Budgeting tab (in NS) > Jobs > Activity Logs. You'll see the NSPB Saved Searches being used in the integration when the jobs are sent to NSPB Data…

@User_HNJ22 If the vendor names in Bill and Expense Reports are located on the Main Line section instead of Line Item, changing the formula to {vendorline.internalid} would only benefit Journal transactions. Alternatively, you can create another Saved Search to pull Journal transactions only (by adding another filter under…

Hi @User_HNJ22 What flows into NSPB from NS are sourced from Saved Searches. You can verify in your NSPB Income Statement Transactions Saved Search how Vendor names are pulled from the Journal line items. Check the formula you have for the Relationship column. If it is using {vendor.internalid}, the Search will return…
