No, Clearing the cache did not resolve the issue. However we did find a solution. It always pays to have the user show you how they are performing an operation. Turns out that she had a shortcut she created that happened to include the internal id of the weekly timesheet. This was causing it to default to 10/16/2022, which…

I did check and there are no workflows. There are 2 scripts but neither one change the trandate of the weekly timesheet. It appears to be happening to only 1 user, if it were a script I would expect this to happen to all users. The "start date" and "week of" fields are stuck on 10/16/2022.

PBCS is a separate product that has an interface to NetSuite. I think it's a precursor to NSPB.

Thanks Lea, worth a try. I tested this in sandbox and it removed the field from my report and cleared out the supervisors that had been stored. NetSuite support says there is an enhancement request (Enhancement Request under Enhancement #407368) that would allow updating the time records when charges have been applied.
