Hello @User_IONK0, If am understanding it correct : If you need to access a SAML SSO role, log in via your SSO provider. If you need to use the Admin role, log in via the standard NetSuite login with 2FA. You cannot mix these. I hope that explains the behavior. Let me know what's the behavior you expect.
