I'm glad to hear that there is a workaround. However, some users experience errors when attempting to reset passwords. Hopefully, NetSuite can solve this problem immediately.

We're in Indonesia also experiencing the login issue. Many user cannot login to NetSuite and get locked out because login failed attempt.
