Thank you Tris. For anyone who has the same issue, in order to be able to download the supply chain management bundle, you need to upload a case to Oracle so that they give you permission to download it.

I've received an answer from an Oracle analist regarding this subject and he said that there's no list of errors for this topic, so they can´t provide it for an user.
