Tigran, Apparently the script can only report the status, but CAN'T report metrics like: Processed X out of Y records. Consequently, we can't use the results to determine if a job processed less than the total number of records in the csv import. Rick Cobb 303.589.8598

I had to turn on the Allow Editing of Legacy BOMs feature in order to update the ABOM Revisions "Revision 1" created for each legacy BOM when I turned on the ABOM feature. Good to go!

Tafara, Yes, we can add a new line to the existing SO for the item to be re-shipped. BUT 🤤 that will double-up the item (which is correctly showing as fulfilled) on the SO. Am I allowed to delete that original line from the SO if it's been fulfilled?

Joy, The relevant SA article is 92422. I demonstrated to a tech support rep on Case # 5270829 Update: "CSV Import > BOM Revision" that it doesn't work for two or more BOM Revisions in a single (pair of) files. The rep has taken the case offline to work on it. I think it's a defect. Rick

Both the Send Email and Email Sent fields are checkboxes. The Send Email field allows me to check the box to display in the filter region; the exact same date type for the Email Sent field does not.

This is resolved. Client was populating just a custom field, when they should also be populating the native Name (i.e. Project) field.
