I want to be able to send to our customers a fulfillment email notification with the document we attach to the comm tab > file. we only place one document (PDF of Bill of Lading) and I was hoping it could somehow automatically attach to any emails we would send…

Shamie, Thank you for all of your help but I'm afraid what is produced by this search either does not make sense or I cannot seem to make the information work for me. Are complicated formulas the only way to find all customers with deposit balances on all of their transactions? Thank you again for your help, Rick

Apologies, Shamie Very possible I am missing something or was not 100% clear. I am looking for open customer deposit balances for all customers REGARDLESS of sales order.. For example..
