Hi Joahnna, That solution does not help with the problem I was asking about. I was asking about how to tell if a discount item on an invoice has been added by a promotion. I am not trying to group items into categories on the invoice PDF, which is what the SuiteAnswers article you referenced is about. Adding a custom list…

HI Joahnna, Here is an example invoice. I've modified the screenshot to remove sensitive info (I hope) and to show two Promotion lines: once that adds a Discount Item to the invoice (red arrow) and another that adds an overall discount (green arrow).
