You may be using a published dashboard if you cannot edit the links. Your Administrator should know if you're dashboard is locked and can add links if required. Thanks,

Enhancement 126956 tracks the ability to mass update transactions forms without the need to go through each transaction, and select the preferred form. You may be able to use a script to do this as mentioned in this thread: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users...s+update+forms Thanks,

The role most likely has Full level permissions for Track Messages. Try changing it under Setup > User/Roles > Manage Roles > Edit the role, click the Permissions tab > Lists subtab > Track Messages. Thanks,

You can use the Remove Button action to remove a button from the record in a workflow. This feature allows you to remove both standard NetSuite buttons and custom buttons, based on specific conditions. See the Help topic "SuiteFlow (Workflow Manager)" for details. Thanks,

I did have another question about the price level, we also have a custom field that allows our sales people to put in whatever price they want. Where would I go and remove that? If the custom field on the item record, go to: Setup > Customization > Item Fields to view the list. Click on the field name to edit. Thanks,

Dave, Try Home > Set Preferences > Reporting/Search tab > Popup Search Uses Keywords = T. Check this box to base search results for popup lists only on keywords that start with and include all the search terms entered. Thanks, Rob

You can vote for Enhancement 147974 : Provide ability to search Bills by Due Date and Discount Date, but there is a SuiteAnswer (31311) that should get you there with the use of a workflow - Saved Search for Discount Amount | Discount Date fields of Open vendor Bills.

Hi Julian, Your preferred form might have 'Send Transactions Via' set to mandatory. If so, try unchecking Mandatory next to that field. 1. Customize the preferred form. 2. Fields tab > Info tab > set mandatory = F for 'Send Transactions Via' 3. Save the custom form. Thanks, Rob

Hi Steve, The "Send on Update" problem may be related to Defect 309889 - Transaction saved search sending email alerts for updated records without "Send on Update" being checked. I would submit a case to Support to investigate this further.
