Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

Hi, Quick update on this issue. Yesterday morning, despite deleting and recreating the schedule, it was still failing (I did that change only on 1 schedule, to test it). But magically, since yesterday 10am, all the schedules are back to work ! Without doing any changes. So, my guess is that NetSuite identified an problem…
