I appreciate your help, can you tell me how to change the statement email template? I have attached a screenshot, I am sending from Stainless Bar & Wire Co, but the email subject has Paige Stainless (which is set up as the company). I've attached some screenshots - hope you can help. Sharlene

Hi Michelle, I had tried that but thought it should pull into the email preview (which it doesn't appear to), but if you email using the email action on the invoice it appears to work. I am hoping the statements will work in the same way. Thanks Sharlene

Yes I have - it's actually the subject line that I want to change. The subject will always put "company name" Invoice #, but I want to change it to "subsidiary" Invoice #. If I change the subject line to anything else on a template & make it the default template it still emails as"company name" Invoice #, & I can't work…
