Hi Angelica, Thanks for the help! Actually, the SuiteAnswer does not help much since it does not mention how can I resubmit the WF only if one of the items on the PO was changed. I do know how to resubmit PO approval process in general, you can also see on the screenshot I use the same methodology. Thanks in advance

Hi, I need each arrow to have a condition that if the item is changed, the approval process will start from the beginning. The question is how do I do that? I have a similar condition if the total amount changes or if the department changes then the process starts over, see the screenshot below.

Hi @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle , I see I set the field type to Free-form text from the beginning because using the type Check box does not allow me to use a saved search on the field. So, it does not work with Free-from text as well

HI @Kristoffer Viray-Oracle , Correct, just a small change- I did not want to create Custom Transaction Line Field Checkbox, I want to use the native "Closed" line level filed. Only if the "Closed" field on the line level is checked for all the line items, then the Custom Field will be checked also.
