We received a notice saying the problem had been fixed so some of you might not have the problem any more. Unfortunately whatever they did didnt fix our problem. i guess we wait and hope it might get fixed.

For those still having issues it seems a little counter intuitive but you need to disable Auto Fill Transactions preference. Found here - Home > Set Preferences > Transactions tab. This will stop the error recurring on future invoices from the customers affected by the earlier netsuite stuff up.

As much as im not interested in re coding anything im going to guess that this problem has likely been caused by the change in workflows and its going to be our responsibility to fix the problem just like everything else. Netsuite breaks or doesnt function as it should so we have to go to the effort of creating work…
