Yes, I can Edit the vendor in question with role in question, I just cannot pick them on the Purchase order.

Hi @Ely Gulen-Oracle , I got the same error even when I selected all subsidiary, the employee subsidiary is listed on the vendor record and as i mentioned earlier with the same vendor if I copy the PO and change the item/quantity I am able to save it.

Greetings, The third party solution we use is from "The Vested Group". it's called Email Multiple Contacts and when you buy their solution, you can check on the contact record whom you want to send which transaction.

There are paid third party solutions out there, if you go to the SuiteApp store you will see few options. I can tell you the name of the company we use but not sure if I am allowed.

Greetings Joy, Yes I couldn't enter Quantity in Completed quantity to 0, when I do it asks for0.0 lot number and it doesn't allow me to save this inventory detail box, and if i don't click on it it doesn't let me save the transaction.
