It appears that when I click the sort it is clearing out the search criteria. The criteria is set to only show for certain users, but when we resort it clears the user criteria and shows records for all users.

Some of our web servce integrations and custom scripts(user event/Restlets) have been down since last friday. We are unable to automatically create invoices and bill customers. Extremely frustrating. Nothing on our end changed and they still can't tell us what the error is, when it will be fixed or what caused it.
