Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle , It's already enabled here Now, I'm on step 6 6. On the Apply tab > Invoices subtab, uncheck the box representing the Invoice you'll apply the new Payment > click Save I have a feeling that I don't have permission to update it but I'm not sure.

Hi Dominica As you mentioned: 5. Open the Payment record > click Edit 6. On the Apply tab > Invoices subtab, uncheck the box representing the Invoice you'll apply the new Payment > click Save But I could not find out the payment in Netsuite, what should I do?
