We sent 2 campaigns last week. Some of my test accounts (I have 6 - don't be jealous) received them instantly and others took up to 4 days. Seems to be all fine this week though. Thank (inset religious belief here)

Engineering and QA have investigated these reports and see no systemic issue that would prevent the sending of email campaigns. Ours said it was sent about an hour after we locked it in, but our stats didn't start ticking over for 5 or 6 hours. I still haven't received my mobile (cell) phone email yet, but my other test accounts have received them. Hang in there buddy. NetSuite loves you!

So.... has this been fixed or what? I set a campaign to send at 4pm today. It's now 5.05pm and I have not received any notification of any emails being sent, let alone receiving any out of office replies.

when selecting fields, choose "unsubscribe to email campaigns" under mandatory select "yes" and under hide select "yes"

It's even easier than scripting... When setting up the form, included "Unsubscribe" as a field, but make it hidden. That way it defaults to "False"
