to me it looks like NS IP not ours.
-
Don't have time - it's a NS concern
-
I think the same way
-
you should probably use a sub-domain for you marketing ie. news.yourdomain.com or similar
-
Do they all have email addresses? Are they subscribed? Are they active? Unless you add to your saved search "inactive=false, globalsubscriptionstatus=confirmed-opt-in/soft-opt-in, email-address=is-not-empty" you will get a larger target audience than it will actually deliver too... just a thought...

does is have anything to do with the <> either side of the dkim in your godaddy set up?
-
I have filed a case with support and they were next to useless. Case 12104 if you care to take a look.
-
I'd think the same as well if I recieved an email and went to reply to it and saw the gobbledygook, I'd probably think spam too. Has NetSuite given you any help or explanation about it?? It's more about mail servers and filters thinking it's spam because the domain doesn't match the IP address that it originates from.

Despite setting a subscription for my bulk merges, it is still going to contacts that are unsubscribed (but still set as soft opt-in). I don't understand how someone is unsubscribed, yet soft opt-in? To me, unsubscribed would be soft opt-out or confirmed opt-out. If you are using some other classification, wouldn't you use…

Even with DKIM it has campaigns.netsuite - which is STILL blacklisted... Follow this link and hit "blacklist check" http://www.mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=mx:campaigns.netsuite.com

I'm am seeing the same thing.... it seems the only way campaign subscriptions take effect is when you actually create and send a 'marketing campaign' which is a little overkill for when you want to send a message just to customers subscribed to a 'product updates' campaign category. It seems like the campaign subscription…
-
any update on this? I mean, you can stop a campaign... why not a merge?
-
I would have to assume so

Everything is hunky dory!

the best result is the leadsource route. - Basically create a keyword campaign (you may need to create your site as a search engine). - then choose online - banner ads - add in the url you want them to be directed to - when you save the keyword campaign it will append the leadsource to the campaign quote this url and they…
-
If you append ?promocode=xxxxx to the end of each link you can track them that way. (Where xxxxx = a unique promocode that you have created) As long as you are passing promocodes to the checkout under setup>website>setup website.

Whatever happened with this? Nothing...

We can't delete them! Notice This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records.

WOW! Us too... As long as it's not costing us...
-
It's now been 16 hours... My status is still "Confirmed Opt-In"
-
Personally, due to the varying performances of the 2 outlets, I'd prefer to see both kept in action. Every now and again we notice that one medium works a lot better than the other as far as responses go. We chop and change as needed. I'm not certain as to why, perhaps they use different servers or something, but removing…

Hi Julie, Replying to the message with 'unsubscribe' in the subject will automatically set the entity to Confirmed Opt-out. There is no manual step needed. Thanks Ken How long does that take? Just tested it and after 5 minutes no joy...
-
Setup>Marketing>Marketing Preferences
-
Ahhh... I did it with a bulk merge. Why then, would the bulk merge have the same footer indicating that replying with unsubscribe in the subject line will actually unsubscribe you? Doesn't seem to make much sense. BTW, replying to the campaign was instantaneous.

Umm... thanks... that's what I said... I think... I have sorted it with our provider... as suggested... Thanks everyone for your help.
-
Unfortunately you cannot edit the "DNS Entry" field
-
Thanks for that, although it still won't allow capital letters. It's a problem for TPP tech support, not a NS issue...
-
Anyway.. thanks for all your help. Its' not a NS issue so I've taken up with our provider and we are making some ground. We are unable to add anything from our end that has capitalisation but they can go it from there end.

Yeah - no love there
