Be careful with that. You may delete relevant data. If someone's server is down for maintenance for a period of time they may return "bouced - other" but are able to receive future emails. Perhaps there is a way of say, "bounced - other" occurring on more than 3 occassions in the record as a filter?

Sion Have all 1500 records got transaction history? If not, you can reimport them and give them access by first exporting the records, deleting them from NS then re-importing. Please... some word... any word... Personally I'd much rather have an operational Outlook Integration Tool that's compatible with Office 2010 than this new UI.
