BUT... does the HTML layout work? I mean, if it does, there's a pretty simple workaround isn't it? Hence why it isn't a priority for NS to fix.

Can you please stop referring to the "new kit members" as this is untrue. I have not (nor has anybody else) updated the kit members. Please understand that as I'm getting frustrated with that. Seriously, others may be playing along at home with the same issue I have and be completely mislead by this.

This is still occurring. Sales are coming through for the kit in question, no changes have been made. How can that be?

Seriously... what causes this? 2 weeks in a row. All orders after COB Friday aren't fulfillable. We haven't changed anything. A response, Netsuite, if you will...

Fair enough... I fail to see how emailing with HTML would impact but that isn't my decision so best of luck with your methods there.

You should know if you're on OneWorld. So I guess you're not. It's just that on OneWorld you'd change that email address in a different spot, as there are subsidiaries. For those playing along at home, its under Setup>Company>Subsidiaries. Then click on the subsidiary to wish to change the return email address for and edit…

That was me, sorry. Nah, it happens from time to time, usually when you're trying to complete a really long arduous task and it doesn't save and you swear and start all over again. Pain in the donkey.

Yes. The link on the user control panel. https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/profile.php?do=editprofile It says Edit Email/Password, yet you can only change your password.

Marketing Campaigns will only send to a single email address once, even if it is on many records. I'm pretty sure that a Mail Merge doesn't adhere to this rule. That might do the trick?

could you use the escape character for underscore when searching? ie. test%5Femail@fake.com Untested, but worth a try perhaps?

Are you using the new suite commerce or the original e-commerce solution? How does one tell, and which is better?
