You have spoken and we listened. The Support Dept is installing a new phone system which will improve customer interaction and greatly enhanced call quality. Stay tuned! I'd love to not have to experience it, but if I need to, I appreciate it.

FYI - the links in the Case emails only work if you are logged into your NetSuite Account Center at the same time (in your default browser). Oh please... you think I haven't tried that? Thanks for the tip anyway... I don't enjoy filing support cases so I do try every possible solution before trying...

I think it's too many of these ( :h_a_w: ) running simultaneously that cause the mouse running on the wheel that powers net suite to trip and fall off. Maybe they should get a second mouse?

There is a scroll bar on the side, it;s just not visible. You can click and drag this invisible scrollbar and it will scroll.

Someone has entered a funny number on a transaction? You can perform mathematics in the quantity fields so perhaps someone hit '/' between 2 numbers to get an odd fraction?

What happens without Execute As Admin checked?

This has only happened to me where I have used the same initial password with the same email address. I believe this is the issue. Any NS customer logins I've set up with a different initial password don't have that issue.
