Have you clicked on User CP above and then List Subscriptions in the left panel? You can change your thread subscriptions there.

Open your cupboard and push everything toward the back. I think it's somewhere on the "setup" tab - something to do with quotas or something. I don't have that role but I've witnessed others doing it. I've probably been no help. I'm sorry.

Well I never get past 20 attempts, as I run out of fingers and toes by then. Have you tried running the report in the background instead? Perhaps it is now going through more data than it can handle in that time frame.

ken ken, Check to see that your Employee ID on your Employee Record has your correct name, this is the field that is displayed around the user interface and sometimes if people enter them manually they can make mistakes (e.g. double pasting) ha! .

The problem with that is it only works for current users. If someone were to fill in a form to sign up for access to such a tab they would have to wait up to 24 hours for the NS servers to update them.

Yeah FF works fine for me. I just prefer Chrome.

This has always been the case with the rollover menus in NS. I've gotten that used to right-click "open in new tab" that I'd forgotten that it doesn't work as intended.

We've had this with new and existing customers across IE and FF. I can't reproduce it, but hitting refresh or F5 seems to do the trick. Obviously this is not a great fix, as not all customers are in-tune enough to think of that. If we are closed, we can't take the call to give the fix!

The capture email replies feature allows you to capture replies to messages that originate in NetSuite. The feature does not filter through the reply messages ... it simply records the replies to the appropriate records in NetSuite. So if you receive a spam message as a reply to a messsage sent from the app it is possible…

You also may have your email address cc'd (or an alias address) Or your emails are being sent twice!

The above example I posted does not exist. There is no admin@viagra.com in our database. This is a HUGE concern. It has only been happening for a few weeks.

and it hasn't expired? There is a days before expiration field on the gift certificate item.

Perhaps she already had the erroneous item in her cart from a previous session, then logged in, and NS recalled the old cart? Other than that... I'm stumped!
