Hi @Dwight Schrute, You can do that via Custom Field with the following filters:
-
If you use the "Expressions" on the highlighting conditions to indicate what needs to be highlighted and what doesn't, it should work for your use case. Here is an example:
-
Hi @User_XW280, Is it possible that you started Logging (or changed the Log Level from, say, Emergency to Debug) on July 3rd? If yes, you won't be able to get the logs before that. To ensure we are not missing anything, you can create a "Server Script Log" Saved Search and choose the required Scripts in the criteria.
-
Hi @Dwight Schrute, You won't be able to get the Billing Schedule information in a Saved Search natively. This is mainly achieved via Customization, creating a "Billing Schedule Data" Custom Record for every Billing Schedule Line. The same solution can also be used for Cash Flow Forecasting, as you can incorporate other…
-
Can you set the Date condition to "Expected Close Date is within next month" and see if that works? Everything seems to be correct, though. You can also try to clear the browser cache or temporarily remove the "Forecast Type" highlighting condition to see if anything changes.
-
I see what you mean, thanks for the clarification. This error message shouldn't appear if only one person is working on the record. Does this happen with every Phone Call logged to the Customer Record? If yes, please check the System Notes and see if you notice anything unusual. You can also compare the System Notes to a…
-
Hi @User_P2QHQ, Do you have "Vendor Prepayment" selected for both "EFT Transaction Type" and "Transaction Saved Search"? Also, did you modify the Vendor Prepayment Saved Search based on the reference provided by NetSuite?
-
Hi @User_Y64EF, Congrats on your NetSuite Go-Live! Are you referring to the "Target Utilization" field on the Employee Record? If yes, then that isn't directly linked to the "Billable / Non-billable" flag. On a high level, the Target Utilization field helps with Resource Allocation and indicates what percentage of the…
-
Hi @User_NG5TG, Can you please share the Search Results and indicate which lines you were expecting to be highlighted? I would like us to confirm the "Expected Close Date" and "Forecast Type" highlight criteria have a match. An alternative is to set up the same parameters as Criteria and see if the search results are…
-
Hi @PaulFleetwood, That's a standard NetSuite message and applies to all records. For example, if you have an Opportunity in "Edit" mode and someone else makes an update to it, you will get that message on "Save" to let you know that the "record changed while you had it in the "Edit" mode".
-
Hi @User_SP0KO, Thanks for providing additional screenshots. The whole picture is slightly clearer, but there are several other things I would need to check to be 100% sure. It will be hard to do this remotely without direct access to the system or the technical documentation for the solution. Most probably, the issue is…
-
Hi @Elizabeth Vance, Could you check if the Custom Roles with issues have "View" access to transactions where the Custom Segment is used? Thank you.
-
Hi @Nickey, You can't do that dynamically in a Saved Search without a customization. The workaround would be to replicate the highlighting condition as a filter, if possible (i.e., not all highlighting conditions can be replicated as a filter).
-
Hi @Varonis inc., Can you confirm the unmodified AR Aging report works correctly every time?
-
Hi @User_HWW8S, Please confirm that you have the "Contacts" sublist enabled on your Lead Form: Once the "Contacts" is added to the Lead Form, you can enter your Contact Name and other required details, too. If you enable "Duplicate Detection" for a Domain or Email, then NetSuite will detect a "possible duplicate" if you…
-
Hi @Shin W, Could you please remove the "Store Value" on the newly created custom field and see if it now shows results in the sublist? Thanks.
-
Hi @User_L7PTK, Are you using Intercompany Accounts Receivable and/or Intercompany Accounts Payable accounts with respective "Account Receivable" and "Accounts Payable" types on the Journal that is erroring out? If yes, that is caused by missing "Intercompany Customer" and/or "Intercompany Vendor". To create an Advanced…
-
Hi @Chandanesh, Thanks for the clarification. Please try this Saved Search:
-
You can show Opportunity, Sales Order, and Purchase Order on the same Saved Search if you create an Opportunity Saved Search: Here is a sample Saved Search: The Opportunity Saved Search isn't as flexible as the Transaction Saved Search. But you can't combine an Opportunity, Sales Order, and Purchase Order using Transaction…
-
Hi @Rhys Gottwald, Native NetSuite doesn't automatically do that. You would need a customization to automate that.
-
The native multi-select option would also show projects, prospects, etc., which you have noticed. It would require a customization to show the Customer Name as a multi-select filter for the Sales Order Saved Search.
-
Are you talking about the "Summary Type" under "Criteria"? If yes, then that is used less frequently and is more advanced. Some Saved Searches can't be built without it. Here is an example of "Summary Type" criteria that I use for my Weekly Cash Projection Saved Search:
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA, Yes, the Vendor Center is customizable. You can display pretty much anything via SuiteLets. You can also add Custom Records and other custom objects to the Vendor Center.
-
Hi @User_NG5TG, Are these drop-ship POs linked to Sales Orders?
-
Hi @Kellyann, Do you have the "PO Number" (e.g., Customer PO) populated on the Invoice header? Thanks.
-
Hi @User_M4JOC, There are a few options, and some depend on your specific NetSuite instance (e.g., whether you have Contract Renewals). My preferred option is to use the "Customer (Main Line) join: With this filter, you can enter Keywords/Search Operators (e.g., wildcard) to find customers quicker:
-
No worries, happy to help. Summary Type is extremely useful and is a key feature of Saved Searches. In my NetSuite instance, I have about 100 Saved Searches that I actively use, and about 40 have the "Summary Type" populated.
-
If you remove the Summary Type from the results, you will see "one row per invoice line" instead of "one line per invoice". You can drill down on each "Summary Type = Group" field. You can add more fields to the drill-down by adding them to results but not grouping them: The "Drill Down Fields" subtab applies only to…
-
Hi @Shin W Did you create the custom item and enter the required formula? If yes, are you getting an error message? Here is a sample Custom Item Field with a formula for the reference:
-
Hi @User_NG5TG, Sure - you can replace the Formula (Text) line with "Applying Transaction" joins to see individual invoice fields (you can add Date, Status, and other fields) with a drill-down option: Note that the drill-down may show Tax, Shipping, and other lines if you have them on the invoice, so you may need to…
