However, although what you suggest would work, I think I might be more complex than simply manually creating a Return Authorisation, which is what I currently advised the client to do. Their Sales Orders are only two lines, so it is the work of seconds…

Sometimes rev rec has started, yes, because the recognise revenue immediately, even if they do not bill immediately. If Rev Rec has started, what should I do?
