I understand that, but that is the form we use to print out Workorders from, this is how it was set up by our implementation partner. This is what I have to work with. That is the issue, there is no options to select what Template to print on the Work Order screen. The Work Order form seems to be different then other forms

The Department field is there, just was not being filled out, so I set it by default to Warehouse, but the Location is listed on the WO, why would the Income statement not showing it broken out by location, or do we have to modify the Income statement.

@Leonard Mallare-Oracle - thank you for the response, I will take a look at this, but we were trying to avoid creating more fields that just need to be maintained. Since the Store Display Name is not reachable via a Workflow, this field would have to be maintained manually. Initially updated via a update Import.

@Leonard Mallare-Oracle - then why does it work if there is only one item, but if there is multiple items, the first one is correct and the second and other items are incorrect?
