Was your site designed/built by John at Cantalupi or by Ruben at BluePoint ? -Tom
-
I'd like to see netSuite include a responsive design sample in its list of default themes. If changes outside of the theme are needed (like matching responsive item/category templates), they could be annotated as well.
-
I wonder if would be possible for a company to offer bundled responsive design Themes ?
-
Rob, email rpena@bluepointusa.net about that cantalupiusa site. They built it for or with John. That is what I've been told.

Never mind. Our tab labels are little "wonkey". We have a tab labeled "checkout tab" and that has nothing to do with "checkout.netsuite.com" pages. To add to <head> in checkout.netsuite.com pages we are to edit the "shopping cart" tab and NOT the "checkout tab". I had something wrong in my code in the first attempt.
-
Looks like some templates could be made adaptive with CSS using this method.. http://lemonade.im
-
THANKS. That helped. Now it just sends the users to: ourdomain.com/?whence= That is better. It resolves to our home page and not a failed search page.
-
FYI: The scripted way the SuiteAnswers describes is not the best way IMHO. They tell you to hide the NLCRUMBTRAIL by default by wrapping the <NLCRUMBTRAIL> in a <div> with the ID = "hansel" (do this in your sites theme) and set the div's visibility to 'hidden'. Then they say to put their script in the body of pages that…

Sam, Yea, I did find that I still can't access the <head> for the log-in page (using the tabs). I had done a "tag substitution" in the check out tab and the shopping cart tab ...but it didn't apply to the log-in page. Add this code to ALL pages isn't an option. It needs to only be on that Log-In page. It is a style that…

I read somewhere in this UG that Tableau was something like $2k-per-seat. What about cost with birst and gooddata?
-
Never-mind. Just added an ID to the <div> that holds "<NLCRUMBTRAIL>" and then added a CSS style that hides that div ID on the home page
-
Tableau also looks interesting and they use NetSuite. http://www.netsuite.com/portal/press/releases/nlpr11-14-13.shtml http://www.trustradius.com/compare-products/gooddata/tableau What I really want are those AUTO-Annotated Graphs. So, it would add related NetSuite marketing emails and price changes on an item's sales…

v2016.2 says: Global Distribution Network Enhancements for Faster Content Delivery NetSuite is improving user experience and enhancing our global distribution network by incorporating Content Delivery Networks, or CDNs. The presence of CDNs means faster page load times, especially for users located far from a data center.…

I guess nobody has tried shotfarm. Can you host your webstore images with box?

Thanks for the help! We've been using the Reference Checkout 2.01 since you announced it last Friday and it seems to be working. I turned it "off" for log-in and register and I left it "on" for Checkout. I need to edit the header of log-in and register to hide a <div>. I also need to expose some custom fields that we had…
-
I tried installing and it says: You cannot install this bundle as it is a copy of bundle 21011 that you previously installed. Never mind. Needed to install previous version. Installing now.

Yes, new Cart page Hi farrago, Can you please share your URL? __________________ Meir www.MedicalSupplyDepot.com Our URL would not be a very complete example as we've turned off all touch points except for check-out. We'll turn them on later after we fix some issues. T

If you want to add something only to the log-in page, than add your code to login.ssp. If you want to add something to the entire checkout experience (i.e, all steps), then add your code to index.ssp. OK. The file login.ssp is at... Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > SSP Applications > NetSuite Inc. - Checkout >…

How can I add something to the <head> of one of the stages of Reference Checkout? In particular, the log-in page. I had a style in our head hiding a <div>. It is missing when using Reference Checkout. Thanks, Tom
-
Thanks. Its ironic you called it a "simple edit". I wouldn't have had a clue how to do it without your step-by-step "recipe". To me, it seems like the new system requires boat loads of arcane knowledge to do the simplest edits. Farrago, it sounds like you have one simple edit. Thus, for your case, you may find Option#2…

Will we finally be able to expose the "address type" (business / residential) field to our web store customers with the new reference checkout? -Tom
-
Just search for Reference Checkout...but unfortunately it can't be installed. It isn't in there, so I'm not sure what you were trying to install. The version from 2013.2 still isn't showing up (when I search for it).
-
It was posted elsewhere in the UG (by NetSuite employees) that both the "reference cart" and "reference my account" would be available to both standard and advanced storefront users. Plus, I believe it was listed that way in the sneak peeks. I'm sure it was a misunderstanding. T

It has been a "few weeks" since the published October 1st release date was dropped. Any word on the new release date? -Tom We had some unexpected Issues that came up in the final QA regression test that need to be addressed before releasing. Although, the Issues are not major, they are important as we are dedicated to…

<bump> Any update on this?

v2013.2 notes list the new reference cart bundle as third quarter 2013. So, will it be the last day of September or will it be next week? ...or will it be bumped (again)? -Tom
-
TWO weeks until the end of the quarter. The 2013.2 release notes gave a 3rd quarter release date. Is that still accurate? -Tom
-
NetSuite? Status Update? These survey results (showing what ecom customers are looking for) are part of why we're excited about improving our checkout process...
-
Is bundle 41420 the new version? No. That is not the 2013.2 version (due out by the end of September). Well, not from my understanding anyhow. Maybe someone at NetSuite could respond. T

Looks like there was no solution in 2010. Maybe a solution was introduced with advanced promotions. https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=15609
