This is a bad description to what we're experiencing. "681083 Slowness connecting to netsuite" We can't process any orders. We can't talk to any outside services... we use Avalara for tax and another service for shipping. Those all fail. We're getting "page not loading timeout errors".
-
To be clear, 2022-07-26 we're down. The thread has 2022-07-28
-
Been up and down all morning here. We're currently down.
-
The script breaks if you have multiple currencies activated
-
And we're down again. Patrick, it looks like they made a case. Case #4779286.
-
It's now half working. Fingers crossed. We log into and can load the back office, but only half the links function.
-
Our WebsStore today.
-
I can't make a support case if I can't log into NetSuite.
-
Our NS hosted web store is down as well.
-
Can a CSV export -> Import fix the problem?
-
The issues is related to permissions. ALL of our shipping prices failed 2 weeks ago. Orders were coming in with $0 shipping. NetSuite had us reset a permissions preference for a role to "create sales order = full" ...it was for the customer center roll. That fixed it. Sort of. Now our sales orders have shipping, but the…
-
Steps to replicate. Add any item to the shopping cart. Attempt to calculate a shipping estimate using the mini-cart result = shipping cost = $0 expected result = shipping cost = an actual cost close to a real shipping amount
-
While this is mostly fixed, one issue remains. We now have a working shipping feature during checkout. We don’t have a working mini-cart shipping outside of checkout. Well, it works ONLY if the person is logged in. If it is a new shopper that isn’t logged in at our site, the mini-cart shipping feature shows $0 shipping.
-
They found the issue. If you have this problem, go to permissions for the customer center role. Change "sales order" access from view to edit. Apparently some glitch made that setting change for a bunch of NetSuite users. There was no log of the change, so he determined that the setting change was part of the issue.
-
I just learned we're not the only ones with this issue. These are the Pingdom alerts we got last night with xxxxxxxxxx being our domain. PingdomAlert DOWN: xxxxxxxxxx is DOWN since 06/27/2022 08:47:05 PM. PingdomAlert UP: xxxxxxxxxx is UP again at 06/27/2022 08:57:05 PM. Downtime: 10m. Our last order with shipping was at…

It worked. Thank you

Thanks, do you have any idea of which style I would change to remove the faded background in the header line of that table? I tried these... '<style>.listheader {background-color: #FFFFFF;}</style>' '<style>.listheadertd {background-color: #FFFFFF;}</style>' '<style>.listheadertdleft {background-color: #FFFFFF;}</style>'…

Our published saved searches have headers like this.... They look dated, but the bigger problem is that we show them in a browser's dark mode and the fade glitches them out. If we could just remove that background image. the styles they use (from pagestyles.nl) are in a prohibited access area of NetSuite. .listheadertd,…

Is this possible?

One followup question for Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle. When I save a new fulfillment for the first time, the new packing slip "internal ID" field is blank when I first print the packing slip. Then, if I open it and save it... then it has a value when I print it out for the second time. Is there a missing "on create" trigger?…
-
That worked. Not sure how. But, it did.
-
Thanks Joahnna, but I tried your setup exactly like you have it and it didn't work. It showed no values for the "custom internal id field" on the packing slip forms.
-
We use the classic PDF forms. Can I make a new transaction body field that = "${record.internalid}" and show that new field in my forms? if so, what field type would I use? In the PDF layout (*classic form), a user can add a custom element. I tried adding a custom element that = "${record.internalid}", but that didn't work.
-
My sales order search has 10 matches. I add the fields that you showed in your example and all of my results go away. I then found out it was "main line = T" that breaks it. I don't want a matching line for every line item if I can avoid it.. just one line per sales order. Do you know how I can turn on Main line without…
-
I'm surprised it doesn't work to create a separate filed in the sales order that pulls its value from a linked fulfillment record. If on your fulfillment you have a field wiht this ID {custbody_custom_status} that only applies to fulfillments. Why can't we make a record on the sales order that has "store value = n" and a…
-
We don't want to shut it off globally. We just want to stop the auto email-transmission of sales orders (when the order is placed online) for this one specific customer.
-
hhmm, wouldn't work the other day, but now It works, but not on items. So, it seems I can limit the access of tabs and the categories under that tab What about items? Google indexed one that I want to be restricted to one customer. When I click "display in website=NO" on the items in the category, they become invisible to…

Making a copy of a working Published Saved Search and assigning it to the right Saved Search worked. The original Published Saved Search that was made from scratch (not as a copy) was setup identical to the working ones, but some glitch kept it from working.
-
If the issue is caused by the Published Saved Search and not by the Saved Search , but the Published Saved Search is setup identically to one that works... what does that tell you?
