There is a setting in PayPal where they will not allow international orders. Its not perfect but its a workaround. Thanks for the response.

Just tried that out and you cannot change the QTY when selling a Gift Certificate. Nice thought though.

I get an error when making the item negative on the Cash Sale. Also when I run a Gift Certificate through on the Cash Sale the GC balance in the register is negative. This just wont work. I appreciate the help though.

Thanks for the responses. I was hoping we could just issue a Gift Certificate right from the Cash Refund with no extra transactions involved. I guess not. Thanks again.

That does work but I thought it would be much more efficient if the email address would automatically populate the field. Like in the global search. I wasn't sure if we had any control over the customer search box on transactions.

Meir- Do your customers who order on the web actually get an HTML email confirmation or is it plain text?

Wow. What if you get hundreds of orders a day? How can you even take web orders when the customer doesn't know exactly what he is going to be charged? Thanks for the response. Is there a Netsuite Rep that can help here?

What is your workaround? This is probably affecting a lot of people and I cant believe this is not supported. We are just implementing NS, my old software handled this just fine. I wonder if we can write a script?

Thanks for the response. Charge out of district sales tax is checked. The zip code re-entering did not work. Our customer do default to taxable but we have tried this both ways. Rudler and Felipe - This will not work because the transaction date is limiting which items appear on the search to those sold in that date range. Still having a hard time with this one. I follow the directions and can get the on order qty to come up but the qty sold is not correct. It seems to be adding and/or subtracting which location the item is being sold at. For instance I see a total of 62 sold on the search. When I go to verify that that sold qty is correct I…
