Hi @Marie4455, I tested this in our standard test account and I have confirmed that when the available quantity of Items using bins is less than the Work Order quantity, the Inventory Detail will not be automatically populated as the system will require users to manually set the bin details.

Hi @Mauro Monti, To specify the number of inspections created for each transaction, you may try setting Detail Frequency (Lot) on the Quality Inspection record to blank/null. This creates one inspection for the received item. You may refer to SuiteAnswers article: 105435 | Creating a Quality Inspection for more information.
