Hi @JCronin, I've checked this in our standard test account, however, there are no fields for Effective Start and End Date for Work Orders as well that can be configured. Do you have any documentation/user guide that support this?

Hello @User_6YNLG, I replicated the Saved Search in our standard test account and I was able to get the same results. Upon checking further, it is not possible to show the drill down results in one line since the previous status and revised status are on a different line. Hi @gbradley, Per checking, the value of the Sales Order Ship Date is controlled by Setup > Accounting > Shipping > Number of Days to Shipment. By design, Ship Date = Transaction date + Number of Days to Shipment. Can you please check the value set here?
