I ran the Sales Tax Liability by Tax Agency report from 01/01/2010 to 02/13/2025. The tax due is just over 60,000.00. There are no negative numbers on that report. On the sales tax payment page, I set the end date to today. The amount dues shows almost 183,000.00 due. I think I will need to submit a NetSuite case. I am…

In any case, my formula doesn't work because the load numbers are not in order. What I really need is a formula that I can use for some kind of visual cue - color, flag, bold, anything - to indicate that the load number is changing.

It is a transaction search with grouped results because I need to get applying transaction information, but only return one line per transaction. Below is the criteria. When I add the criteria to exclude invoices that are paid, that is when it stops working because the load numbers are no longer in order. Here is some of…

I have no idea how to do this. Can someone help me out with more specific instructions for how to do this: "You can keep track of progress by looking at the outlook restlet and keeping an eye on the number of execution logs"

Then my vendors are out of order. I could have vendors on two "pages" which means I am cutting separate checks for them.

I take it you are not using Outlook for your email. If by chance you are, there is Outlook Integration that you can enable which allows you save email directly from Outlook into NetSuite contacts, customers, opportunities and cases. You can look up Outlook Integration in SuiteAnswers.

HaHa. Since there is a trend graph called New Customers (Sales Orders) which shows different information than the one simply called New Customers, I assume that it is using different criteria. I was hoping someone would answer who actually knew what the criteria was or where I could look to find it.

I contacted NetSuite support regarding a similar issues. While they were understanding of my need, their response was, there is no current way to access that information.

I have to agree with other users. The new User Interface is certainly less than desirable. We have been with NetSuite since before it was NetSuite. There have been changes that have taken some getting used to. If this new UI is one step down a path, please reexamine the path. We are partners and support a number of users.…

I had the same experience this morning. Can we please have the return to previous role back for the NetSuite Account Center!!
-
But what permissions did you use for that role? If I add the employee permissions, payroll information comes with it - wages, hourly vs salary, etc
-
Hi Twilalte Depending on the version you have, you could move all the Payroll information to a Custom Record, where the Employee record is parent. Then, set the Permissions on the Custom Record to the Permissions List you desire. I hope this helps! We are processing payroll through NetSuite, if I move the Payroll…

I have 11036 transactions that the button shows up on. It is not really an option to have the Admin go to each record and cancel the workflow. Even though the workflow is set to not running, if the button is clicked, the form will print. I understand that I can inactivate the state to remove the button from the form. I…
