Thank you all for the insightful response. We have already resolve this. We need to setup the Project stages. Navigation Path is Go to Administration > Application Settings > Projects > Project stages. make sure that the "Allow jobs in this Project Status to be updated in NetSuite" checkbox is enabled in the project…

Hello @User_QQGYL , thank you for the references and inputs. Our test account is already updated. We try to experiment on changing the SuiteProjects Pro field to 'internalid'. However, even if we update the field Id's there still 0 record updated. Any suggestion?
