Same issue here, started this morning on just reports for us. Saved searches appear to be working as normal.

Turns out this was a NetSuite defect (#735270). NetSuite Engineers rolled out a fix to our account over the weekend and this resolved the issue of creating a Sales Orders off of an Opportunity or Estimate.
