Please note that on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.

We are experiencing similar problems and have submitted a case, would love to hear if anyone finds a work around. The issue was reported to the first time to us this morning, and users are reporting it was working as expected yesterday.
