We don't really have the need for a workflow for this since we create our employee records manually once an approved access request comes in and typically just check the Login Access box at that time. We don't have Netsuite integrated with an HR system. But going forward I will save the employee record first and then edit…
-
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, this still only shows users that had access changes after their record was saved and does not list users that had the Login Access box checked at the time of record creation prior to hitting save (System Notes only tracks this field value for existing records). Also, this search…
-
Hi @Michaela Christova-Oracle , This is pretty much the search that I already had built but it doesn't address the total need since I also need to show employees that were given access at the time of record creation. It seems that Netsuite System Notes do not track the tick to the Login Access checkbox if it was done…
-
This is very unfortunate. As I stated, the items throughout our system have different quantity levels that may apply so one blanket CSV import wouldn't be possible. I wouldn't want to add unnecessary quantity levels to show on the item record, just to have to fill them in with the previous column's price. Sounds like I'll…
-
Yes, I was able to resolve the issue. Thanks!
-
Hi Dinesh, unfortunately that field is one that returned error as well, regardless of unchecking the Store Value box. {shippingaddress.phone} is the only field that returned the values populated in the custom address pop up box on the Sales Order.
-
Hello! The correct field for sourcing ended up being {shippingaddress.phone} Thank you!
-
This worked! Thank you so much... Unfortunately, the business came back with a different ask related to this. It turns out they actually do need this in Analytics because they want to be able to see what the percentage of split shipments there are out of total orders. All of the orders will have the same location on the…
-
I don't mind using a Saved Search for this either. Whatever will work. I'm thinking I have to use a CASE WHEN type formula for this but I'm not sure how to pull that off exactly for this type of criteria. I've also tried a saved search using Sales order transaction type with Applying Transaction : Type = Item Fullfillment.…
-
Hi! This unfortunately only gives the State Short Name but we really need the Country short name/code. We need United States to display as US or USA.
-
Please note, I don't have an efficient dataset yet since I'm not sure of the right way to go about setting this up. I'm not sure if I need to be loading Sales Orders or Item Fulfillments for the Transaction Type. Here is what I have when trying to use Item Fulfillments. Please let me know if my question needs some…
-
I am building this dataset directly in Analytics UI
-
Unfortunately this didn't work. I don't believe I have anything for the "Next Approver" value. We're not doing this by supervisor level, just trying to route all manual JEs directly to one person, no matter who creates them. We don't use the Supervisor field on our employee records.
-
Thanks for your reply! Can you help me understand the logic behind this? If I'm putting User = "None of", I need to in a vlue for "Selection". What am I putting there? Also how does this fit in with the current expressions I have in place?
-
This is great! Thank you so much!
-
This worked like a charm!! Thank you so much!!!
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle After speaking with Netsuite support, I've confirmed that we will not be able to use the custom segment for the Posting Account Activity without throwing off the totals since this brings transaction lines into our dataset, which we don't want. Somehow, Saved Searches can pull this correctly with…
-
@Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle So, it turns out that the Cost Center (custom segment) column in my dataset was throwing off the sum. When I remove Cost Center, I get the correct amounts for each account. It also goes from ~40,000 rows to 8,032,897 rows after adding Cost Center. We absolutely need the Cost Center in this dataset…
-
Actually, we did encounter another problem. After following these steps, it's giving us an extremely high sub-total amount for each account. It seems to be totalling the postings of the combination of each row instead of giving us the total of what was posted to the account as a whole. Unfortunately, not sure if I can send…
-
Edit: After further review, the pivot worked perfectly!! Thank you so much!
-
Thanks! Just to clarify, this would be similar to creating a saved search with "Group" set on the columns.
-
Great! Thank you!!
-
Hi! The original segment I created was not showing anywhere so I deleted it and created a new one and now it is showing in the custom tab. This needs to be a mandatory field on our forms so with it not being on the main page, I'm thinking I'll need to make workflows for each form that will automatically populate the value…
-
There are two values listed. Under Application & Sourcing, I have all marked for Transactions, Transaction Columns, Entities and Items.
-
Thank you so much!! I'm sorry about the misunderstanding! All set!
-
Clicking on the + icon brings up the fields (Quantity, Price, etc.). Item Pricing 2, Item Pricing 3, etc. should show under "Item Pricing" as shown in the Suite Answers screenshot.
-
Thanks! I actually discovered that it wasn't a discount item causing the issue. It turns out because of integrations/scripts, we've been using a workaround discount set up as an "Other Charge" item with a negative amount instead of a discount item. Because of the amount discrepency with the subtotal Netsuite was not…
-
All set! Thank you very much!
-
That took care of it! Thank you!

So I'm looking at the Workflow action. I've set CONTEXTS to "SOAP Web Services" but how do I set the user context? Also, could you guide me from step 1? I'm pretty new to this type of workflow so I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing.
