I'm an admin. I opened a support ticket and they stated only the person that created the field can unlock/change it. This field was probably was part of a bundle at some point. The field was created by the NetSuite team during implementation.

Anyone one else have any ideas? Oracle support? I'd rather not have to create an additional field. Thanks!

I'd rather not post the files publicly. If you perform an update with replaceAll the error message is that all lines must be included.
