@CristianCiz We are looking for something like this. I did for my previous company a long time ago but don't recall how to format so it is bold on the customer record

Hi @CristianCiz Thanks for the quick reply. We would like to have the custom entity field on the customer record bold. I am using a saved search in the validation & defaulting. Is there a way to accomplish the formatting on the custom entity record?
