  • Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle, Thank you for the suggestion, I've never even looked at the Quotas before. Unfortunately, our list in Transactions > Quota/Forecast > Establish Quota > List is completely empty, so I don't think that is preventing the deletion of the inventory number records or serialized inventory item records.

All of the inventory number records are not associated with any transactions, so following the steps for Option I leads to an empty list of transactions.
