Where would I go to open a case with Netsuite? I have only used Eide Bailly for our minor issues. Thanks for your help!

If any data is entered on the packages tab, on Save and Bill we get the error (screenshot file attached). It happens with all item fulfillments, all companies. If no data on the package tab, it will process just fine. The script returning the error is part of the NetSuite Ship Central bundle which was updated automatically…
