What are the applicable scripts? I checked Dunning Evaluation Result Send Email and updated the execute as to administrator but it made no difference.

I don't have administrator role and I can't have it. Just to clarify, the email gets sent, is just that the evaluation is not updated as sent (and therefore it keeps showing up in the "Email Sending Queue" screen). I did remove the filtering and the were no errors.

Hi Chelsea, Yes, I was using a custom developer role but I just tested with the Dunning Director role and I got the same results. I don't know what are other applicable scripts, I only checked the workflow action script "Dunning Evaluation Result Send Email" and it didn't produce any error log.
