Correct on the 1st question for revenue and gp,., except the GP% formula does not work. I have not tried to do a custom field, but I think that may be the way to go. I appreciate the suggestion.

Thank you, but unfortunately it needs to divide gp by revenue. The way we do business does not give us a % we need in a specific field, i.e. the one you are using in your suggestion. I WISH it were that easy. :) :) :)
