I raised a support case earlier today and it has already been filed as a defect. I just wanted to keep everyone informed in case they experience the same thing.

The plot thickens. The reorder points have been cleared again. So it appears when auto-calculate is turned on and the native script runs it populates the location level reorder point, preferred stock level, and lead time values, but the next day they are empty again.

I updated the Inventory Management Preferences to have the script run to perform the calculations last night and it appears that took care of it. So it seems the release cleared the values, but the next scheduled update worked as expected.
