Just got off the phone with Support and they were already aware of the issue. They said that there are some databases within the datacenter which are impacted, and that our account is located within one of those databases. Down in NY, PA, and SC on NA3. System2.na3.netsuite.com appears to be working at the moment.

Starting to see mail delivery in my personal NetSuite account now. Still have some client accounts which are not receiving mail from NetSuite. It also appears to be relating to routing as well - emails to Google Apps appear to be coming through fine, but emails from NetSuite to Office 365 still aren't reaching the Office…
