  • Hello Ivy, It is disappointing to hear that NS WMS doesn't offer one of the most basic features of order picking process and don't have any option to workaround it. I also cannot find the Enhancement request under SuiteIdeas. Am I looking at a wrong page? Thank you.

  • Hello Joy, Thank you for the reply. I read through SuiteAnswer article you provided. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this setup doesn't consider any committed quantities as I mentioned in the example from my previous comment. Thank you.

  • Hello Ivy, Thank you for the update. I checked our Accounting Preferences -> Items/Transactions setting and noticed "SCAN INDIVDUAL ITEMS" We already had this box checked in. Reading the Help description, this is matches with the function I was looking for. Can we use this function and how do we use it? Thank you!

  • Hello Joy, All 52pcs are in "Good" Status and there was no other Inventory Status available for me to select when I tried Inventory Adjustment > Inventory Detail. There's no Inventory Status Change ever made for this part. (There's no assigned filter for "Sales Item Sublist" view) There's no picked quantity for this part…
