The load time is 1/2 of what it was an hour ago but it is not functional by any standard.

You can add an email for cash receipt and invoices in customer or sub-customer record while the main email in customer or sub- customer record receive the fulfillment. You can search this in Suite Answers. Additionally, I believe whoever place the order online gets the fulfillment email.

The NS resistance to invest in better web design, check out pages, and customer center can have only one reason: They undermine the existing customers and new website visitors' intelligence.
